We deliver our programmes both face-to-face and online.
Our face-to-face programmes bring learning to life through teamwork, discussion, and real-world application. Participants work together to practise tools, share experiences, and build confidence in a supportive environment.
Our online programmes are delivered through the XCL Promote Learning Platform combining self-paced assignments with live practice, reflection and collaborative discussions. Learners connect with facilitators and peers in real time, practising tools, sharing insights, and receiving feedback as they go.
